I founded Blue Skies Therapy in 2002 and have served clients all over the Austin area, including corporations, fitness centers, universities, and private clients. I started practicing yoga in 1998 to increase flexibility. Soon after, I shifted my focus to reducing stress. After I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, my yoga practice centered on healing my body and soul. Now I incorporate yoga in my daily life, physically and spiritually.
